Aeries Parent Data Confirmation

Updating your student data using Aeries Parent Portal!

This year Tracy Unified School District is introducing an online student data confirmation system using the Aeries Parent Portal. 

It is easy to do, and it is MUCH easier than filling out all the forms by hand. 

 Things to note before you get started:

1.  Data Confirmation is only for EXISTING TUSD STUDENTS.

2.  If  you registering you child for the first time with Tracy Unified or have left the district and wish to re-enroll, please click, "Aeries Online Enrollment".

3.  You must have an existing Aeries PARENT portal account.  Aeries student accounts do not have access to data confirmation.

4.  It is highly recommended to use a computer to update your child’s data.  The platform is not compatible with smartphones.

5.  This replaces the yearly “Back to School” documents mailed and distributed by your child’s school.

If you have not created an Aeries Parent portal account for your child yet, please click “How to Register for an Aeries Parent Account”.

If you have an existing Aeries Parent Portal account, please click “Aeries Parent Portal Login” and follow the steps below.

After logging into your parent portal account, you should see a message across the top of the screen showing you to confirm your student information.  Click the “CLICK HERE” message.  If you do not see this message, go to Student Info and select Data Confirmation.  Follow directions to update your child’s information.

There are six (6) sections to go through.  Update your child’s information as needed.
 
1.  The first section is Family Information.  This is for the Residency Survey.  If none of the Residence Survey questions applies to you, please check “None of the above”.
 
Then click CONFIRM AND CONTINUE

2.  The second section is Student Information.  You will view the current information we have on record.  If there are any changes or updates, please click the “Change” button.  When you are done, click “Save”.
Please note address change will need to be confirmed by the school personnel.  You will need to bring a copy of the following documents to your assigned school:
o   Current Mortgage Statement, Rental Agreement, or Property Tax bill
o   Two current utility bills listing name and address
o   Residency Affidavit (if applicable)

Then click CONFIRM AND CONTINUE                                                   
 
3.     The third section is Contact Information.  You will view the current information we have on record.  If there are any changes or updates, please click the “Change” button.

Select the record to change and update the contact details. When you are done, click “Save”.
Then click CONFIRM AND CONTINUE

4.  The fourth section is Medical History. You will view the current information we have on record.  If there are any changes to your child’s medical history, please check all that applies and click “Save”.

5.  The fifth section is Documents. TUSD will be adding important documents to this section for you to read, acknowledge, and agree.  Please click on each of the document and check the acknowledgement box.  By checking the boxes next to each document, you hereby acknowledge, give consent or permission to each document title as required by TUSD.
 
Then click CONFIRM AND CONTINUE

6.  The sixth section is Authorizations. The Authorizations and Prohibitions screen will display important district notifications for you to read and acknowledge.  Please check the acknowledgement box next to each notification.  By checking the boxes next to each notification, you hereby acknowledge, give consent or permission to each document title as required by TUSD.
 
Then click CONFIRM AND CONTINUE

Final Data Confirmation
The Final Data Confirmation screen requires you to confirm that all information on the tabs are correct. If they are correct, click “Finish and Submit. If they are not, make the appropriate changes by clicking on any section and return to the Final Data Confirmation tab.
 
 Then click FINISH AND SUBMIT

Print New Emergency Card
Congratulations! You have now confirmed your child’s data.  Please print the confirmation page by clicking the “Print New Emergency Card” button.  Please have both parents sign and bring the New Emergency Card to your child’s school during the registration period.
 
It is important to bring a printed copy of the New Emergency card as this confirms that you have completed the online data confirmation.
