Second Grade Supply List:
Dear Parents,
We are so excited about your child coming into our 2nd grade classes. We know you are eager to get ready for your new class, so we wanted to inform you of our optional supply needs.
In the interest of fairness, we would like all children to have the same kind of supplies. We will provide sturdy folders, spiral notebooks, journals, crayons, pencils, glue, erasers, rulers, correcting pens, highlighters, markers, and various types of paper. We will replenish these supplies as needed.
Contributions are accepted, but not required.
In addition, we can use any of the below items throughout the year:

Third Grade Supply List
For the 2024-2025 school year, we will use the following supplies throughout the school year: Kleenex, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, BLACK dry erase markers, and copy paper. Contributions are accepted, but not required.
Some items your child will be receiving are: an agenda, headphones, folders, notebooks, and school boxes filled with supplies
On the first day of school, we recommend that students bring:
- Non-rolling backpack
- Comfortable shoes they can run and play in
4th Grade
4th Grade Supply List
For the 2024-2025 school year, we will use the following supplies throughout the school year: Kleenex, hand sanitizer, Clorox Wipes, BLACK dry erase markers, and copy paper. Contributions are accepted, but not required.
Some items your child will be receiving are: folders, notebooks, and school pouches filled with supplies
On the first day of school, we recommend that students bring:
- backpack
- water bottle
- snack and lunch (If you are not purchasing from the cafeteria)
*It is highly recommended that your child practice math facts 2-12 over the summer. At the beginning of the year, students will be using multiplication and will need to be fluent in this third-grade standard to be prepared for fourth grade math.

5th Grade Supply List
The Fifth-Grade teachers welcome you! We will use the following supplies this school year: paper, pencils, pens, highlighters, folders, notebooks, dry erase markers, crayons, index cards, erasers, markers, post it notes, whiteboard, pencil box, colored pencils, pencil sharpener, ruler, scissors, glue bottles, and glue sticks.
*Each student will be provided supplies that should last him or her throughout the year.
PENCILS ARE NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR.

SUGGESTED CLASSROOM SUPPLIES
We recommend that students come prepared daily with the following supplies. Some assignments need to be printed. If you do not have a printer, please let me know.
- 1 spiral notebook with at least 200 sheets of paper (for history)
- 1 composition notebook for science
- 2 dark blue or black ballpoint pens (no gel pens allowed on graded student work)
- Eraser
- Pencil pouch (3-ringed to fit in binder)
- 1 paper grocery bag to cover books (Nylon covers do not adequately protect the books. Just ask for paper instead of plastic at the grocery store.)
- 2 poly folders (one for Language Arts, one for History)
- 2-inch or 3-ring binder (for Math)
- 1 pair of headphones (for math)
The following items will be used and shared with core, Math, and Science teachers:
- Black dry-erase markers
- 1 pack wide-ruled binder paper
- 1 ream of copy paper
- 3 boxes of tissue
- 12 or more #2 pencils
- 1 pack of 4x6 index cards
- 1 pack of 3x5 index cards

8th Grade Supply List for 2024/25 School Year
Recommended:
Loose-leaf binder paper to be kept in binder
Binder (approx. 1-1.5 in) with dividers for each subject
6 spiral notebooks (3 History, 3 Language Arts)
2 composition notebooks (Math and Science)
Package of highlighters (4 colors or more)

A few helpful notes:
Please mark all items with child’s name. This saves us time in class and mitigates things getting lost at school.
While not required, I do recommend purchasing a music stand for use in practice at home.
