Principal’s Message

Welcome to George Kelly Elementary School, where all students learn at high levels, every day!

As the Principal, I am humbled to begin my fifth year at George Kelly and my twelfth year in education. Having grown up in Tracy and attended school in the Tracy Unified School District, I am deeply connected to our community. Prior to my role as Principal, I taught 7th grade Science and served as an AVID Site Coordinator and Assistant Principal.

My mission at George Kelly is to provide unwavering support and dedication to our teachers, students, and families, while fostering strong relationships. I believe in nurturing students' intellectual, physical, emotional, and social well-being, empowering them to tackle present and future challenges they will encounter. I encourage our families to partner with our outstanding teaching staff, who are truly dedicated to nurturing the whole child and helping every student thrive here at George Kelly.

At the core of our educational vision is a student-centered approach, emphasizing strong instructional practices that benefit every student and empower our teachers. I urge our students to work diligently, endure, and prioritize regular attendance, as it directly impacts their academic success.

As Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Intelligence plus character... is the goal of true education." I am committed to creating and sustaining a school environment that respects diverse needs, while fostering collaborative partnerships and active participation within our school community.
